About me
A Fellow of the IMechE, I started my career with a Global Engineering consultancy, where I spent 10 years learning from the best in the business. I then took a break to gain a PhD in Astrophysics with the 5* Research team at Cardiff University. While figuring out the next step, I spent the year teaching before embarking on a new career in high-tech manufacturing companies making CCD sensors for space applications, gas sensors and force and torque measurement. I worked for 12 years with a successful SME as Technical Director, helping to take the company to a successful sale, and continuing under new VC ownership. I then followed my ambition of starting my own company providing Hypnotherapy and Coaching. I love what I do and wouldnt go back for anything.

Coaching Packages
Regroup and Reset: You need a place to get off the wheel and ask questions that you don't ordinarily have time for. A sequence of 3 sessions over 12 weeks. You may know where you want to get to but are unsure how, or this might be the start of your coaching exerience prior to signing up for the Follow Your Vector subscription. At the end of this you will have decompressed, aligned your career and life purpose and know where you want to get to.
Find Your True Vector: A deeper dive. 6 sessions over 24 weeks. You may need to explore several scenarios or issues before knowing where you are headed, or you may have big changes planned and need that extra time to make the right decision.
Follow your True Vector: Monthly 45 minute sessions to follow your coaching package. Where a little help is needed to keep you accountable and prigressing toward your goals. The flexibility for you to receive the support you need and able to stop at any time.
